I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), who's passionate about helping people shift old patterns and learn new ways of thinking and behaving.
Working through trauma isn’t about fixing what's "wrong" with you. It’s about coming home to yourself — your strength, your story, your wholeness.
At Shift Happens Therapy, I show up with real care, curiosity, and respect. I’m not here to nod and smile — I’ll gently challenge unhelpful patterns, ask the big questions, and help you make sense of the stuck spots.
This isn’t surface-level support — it’s collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to you. Your healing matters, and you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
