What exactly do you do?

I help people navigate life’s plot twists — whether that’s anxiety, relationships, ADHD, burnout, or big life changes you didn’t plan for. We’ll work together to make sense of it, find your next steps, and build tools you can actually use in real life.

How long are sessions and how often do we meet?

Sessions are 50 minutes, usually weekly. But we can go fortnightly or flex around your life.

How do I book?

Easy — click (below), send me an email, or give me a call. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can (unless I’m mid-tea, in which case… a few minutes longer).r flex around your life.

Is therapy really confidential?

100%. What you say stays between us — unless there’s a safety concern (which we’d talk about upfront). This is your safe space to be honest and real.

How long does it take to start feeling better?

Ah, the golden question! Therapy isn’t like flipping a switch — it’s more like learning to ride a bike. Some shifts happen quickly, others take a bit of wobbling and practice. Most people start noticing changes within a few sessions, but the real magic builds over time as you develop new ways to handle life’s twists. We’ll move at your pace — no rush, no pressure.

Do I have to be “falling apart” to come to therapy?

Not at all. Therapy isn’t just for crisis mode — it’s also for growth, clarity, and untangling that mental knot that’s been bugging you for ages.

What if I cry in therapy?

Then you’re human. Crying, laughing, swearing — all welcome here. Therapy is a space where you can be 100% yourself without editing.

Will you tell me what to do?

Nope. I’ll help you explore your options, find clarity, and figure out what works for you. Think of me as a guide, not a boss.

What if I don’t know what to say or where to start?

Totally normal! You don’t need a script or a plan. We’ll take it one step at a time, no pressure, no judgment.
